Unlike other custom companies, we do offer returns or refunds on custom hats!
Returns must be made within 14 days from order delivered and photos of issue with the product may be required.
Cancelations must be made before we ship your hat out if you change your mind.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item in your order. First off, we apologize for this inconvenience! We are humans and are bound to make a mistakes too! Simply call, text or email us and we will make it right for you!
